The Company Brain

Make what your company knows easier to use.

The Company Brain is a client-owned, permissioned context and memory layer built from approved sources, business rules, decisions, workflows, and results. It is not one chatbot. It is not a copy of everything.

Why it matters

Valuable context should not disappear into inboxes, meetings, and memory.

Growing businesses make useful decisions every day: how work should be handled, why an exception was made, which source is approved, what a customer was promised, and what changed after a launch. When that context is scattered, people repeat work and systems answer without the judgment that makes the answer useful.

Five bounded Action Plane product patterns sit above a client-owned Company Brain context and memory foundation. A Blueprint creates a read-only Seed; a Company Brain Build adds durable memory and synchronization. A Steward agent team remains separately scoped to one process.

Opportunity Blueprint · $6,500

Read-only Company Brain Seed

One approved snapshot, structured context, and one cited knowledge workflow. No live connectors or synchronization.

Company Brain Build · from $15,000

A foundation that can compound

Durable memory, approved-source synchronization, permissions, freshness controls, evaluations, training, and handoff.

The Copp Oak Client Portal manages the engagement relationship. The Seed and full Company Brain live separately in a client-owned or client-selected business environment.

Steward agent teams sit above the Company Brain as separately scoped Action Plane products. Each Steward runs one recurring process in the client environment with bounded tools, defined outputs, a named operating owner, evaluations, observability, cost controls, rollback, and human approval for material external actions.

Company Brain controls

Client-owned

Accounts, credentials, and operating ownership stay with the client wherever practical.

Least privilege

Each person, agent, and tool receives only the access required for the bounded process.

Source-aware

Useful answers show where information came from and whether it is current.

Evaluated and observable

Defined cases, traces, costs, failures, and operating signals make quality visible.

Human-approved

Material external actions remain accountable to a person.

Rollback-ready

Changes and failures have a documented stop, rollback, and client-approved restart path.

Operating boundary

No magic memory. No autonomous company.

The Company Brain does not learn from every file by default, make consequential decisions on its own, or replace the people who understand the business. Sources must be approved. Access must be earned. Output must be tested. Important actions stay accountable to a person.

Copp Oak charges no per-user Company Brain fee. Client-owned software, vendor seats, model usage, hosting, storage, and integration costs are evaluated transparently for the actual team and workload.

A clear first step

Begin with one useful decision or workflow.

The Company Brain becomes valuable by supporting real work. Start with the business problem that matters now; build the durable record as you solve it.
